Prof Zariwala is the founder Director of the Centre for Nutraceuticals at the University of Westminster, London. His research expertise spans the diverse areas of formulation science, nutrition, metabolism and neurodegeneration. He collaborates with industry partners worldwide and has led the clinical validation and development of several leading nutraceutical ingredients and products. Prof Zariwala has published 75+ research articles and leads a research team that includes over 20 academics.
